How does the Vulkana gift card work?
After purchase, you will receive a unique gift card code by email. The code can be used when booking any Vulkana experience online.
Which experiences can the gift card be used for?
You can choose a gift card for a specific Vulkana experience, such as a spa session or a spa cruise, or opt for an open gift card that allows the recipient to choose freely from our full range of experiences.
Does the gift card have an expiration date?
Yes, Vulkana gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can the gift card be used for a specific experience?
Each gift card comes with a personal code, redeemable online when booking.
Whether the gift is for a set experience or an open amount, the recipient simply selects their preferred option and date.
Can I print the gift card?
Yes. You can print the gift card and include it in a physical gift, or send it digitally for a more flexible option.
Can the gift card be refunded or exchanged?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What if the gift card value is higher than the booking price?
Any remaining balance will stay on the gift card and can be used for a future booking within the validity period.
What happens if the booking is cancelled?
If a booking made with a gift card is cancelled, the standard cancellation policy applies. Any eligible refund will be returned to the gift card.
